My Story

Two men in winter ski gear smiling for a photo on a snowy mountain, with skiers and ski lodges in the background.

I've always been a little sentimential... I wear my heart on my sleeve, but won't fold under pressure. If you asked what I'm good at, I'd say: “connecting dots.”

Lessons Learned

Two men standing on a construction site with scattered gravel and dirt, arm in arm, smiling, with trees and houses in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

Travel

Left the US to travel and see the world. Ended up in Bali, found Jesus, and am now consulting and offering my services to others!

Long bit:

Growing up I was often told "I didn't make sense," or that what I was saying had no basis—that there was no practicality in the words I chose to use.

And yet, I forgave, and persisted.

My journey has been far from simple. Sometimes we take the simple life for granted. Many of us are never directly called to walk off the beaten path, but in my case, looking back, I never really noticed how rocky it was until I slowed down enough to appreciate the resilience formed in me. Turns out I’d been pulling the asphalt paver.

I've always had an eye for detail. A flair for romanticizing the finer things in life—from dressing up playing the saxophone and obsessing over Dave Brubeck's Take Five in elementary school, to always giving others the benefit of the doubt. The one thing that held it all together, kept me going, and turned me into an optimist, is love. The same love burning in my heart as I write this. I believe the finer things—elegance, craft, beauty, a sense of serenity and completeness—all reflect the idea of love. At least, I choose to see it that way.

Because here's what I keep coming back to: isn't there already enough practicality in this world? Enough black-and-white knowledge? Enough people acting like they know what they're talking about, all for the sake of survival, to fit into the life they've been force-fed? What happened to passion in the corporate world? What happened to love? And no—I'm not talking about the soap-opera kind (though your heart probably longs for it). I'm talking about the graceful kind, the unifying kind, the forgiving kind of love that leaves room for the unknown. Because when everything is known, or needs to be known, we probably aren't the right fit. I like to leave room for faith.

Now here's the issue: I'm 21. I've been told I act like I'm 35, and my experience—brief at moments, yes, and I've bit off more than I could chew at times—has been broad. And by the world's standards, I'm told I have to "pick one thing, stick with it, be good at it, only then to make money." And dedicating life to a piece of paper is really starting to get old.

So yes, I am a one-stop shop.

I've become a coachable jack of all trades who, by being (and still planning to be) in the dirt, one day get really, really, good at connecting dots to solve problems.

But still, need a rebranding? Great. Need me to show up for you at a suit-and-tie gala because you can't be everywhere at once? Great. Need an honest opinion, a shoulder to cry on, or even a competitor analysis report (though AI can do that now)? And if I can’t do it, i’ll either figure it out and get back to you, or find someone who knows more than I do.

I am your problem solver.

I am human. You are too. Loving one another is the only meaning we truly have. But yes—I'll make you money, show up, think impact, and always remain an idealist.
